Refund policy

We think you'll love our Paper Case! But if for whatever reason you don't, return it within 30 days and we'll refund your purchase (sans shipping costs).

Twig Cases are guaranteed for six months. Although our cases are impervious to climate conditions and more durable than solid wood or bamboo cases, they are not indestructible. We do not warranty cases damaged from abuse, scratches or impacts.

If your case is damaged in any way outside the warranty, we will be glad to refurbish or replace it for $15, on return of your damaged case. Email sales@twigcase.com for more information.

We will do our best to make you a personalized custom case, but please note that custom one-off cases are non-refundable.
